Navigating Anxiety & Depression Through Art Therapy

This self-exploratory session will take participants through art therapy processes that work on identifying difficult feelings, its effects and what may lie underneath it. Participants will also reflect on ways of managing these conflicts.

This brief creative focused session intends to provide an art based space of exploration and provides participants with tools to stay present with their emotions, increase the capacity to feel and create new avenues of coping.
