• His Grace, Archbishop Julian Leow D.D., the Archbishop of Kuala Lumpur, has hereby made the following appointments effective 17 February 2022.
  
  
• Archdiocesan Curia
  
  • The Very Reverend Monsignor Patrick Boudville, Parish Priest of the Church of St Thomas More, Subang Jaya, has been appointed as Vicar General to assist the Archbishop in the governance of the Archdiocese of Kuala Lumpur in accordance with canon 475 §1, CIC.
  • The Very Reverend Monsignor Stanislaus Soosaimariam, Parish Priest of the Church of the Sacred Heart, Kuala Lumpur, has been appointed as Vicar General to assist the Archbishop in the governance of the Archdiocese of Kuala Lumpur in accordance with canon 475 §1, CIC.
  • Reverend Father Dr Clarence Devadass, Parish Priest of the Church of St Anthony, Kuala Lumpur, has been appointed as Chancellor in accordance with canons 482 §1.
  • The two Vicars General and the Chancellor are ex-officio members of the College of Consultors and Council of Priests.

  • The following have been appointed to the College of Consultors:
    • Reverend Father Eugene Benedict
      Assistant Priest of the Church of St Anthony, Kuala Lumpur.
    • Reverend Father Gerard Theraviam
      Parish Priest of the Cathedral of St John.
    • Reverend Father Gregory Chan
      Parish Priest of the Church of Our Lady of Lourdes.
    • Reverend Father Paulino Miranda
      Priest in Residence of the Chapel of St Theresa, Klang.

  • At the recommendation of the presbyterium, His Grace, Archbishop Julian Leow has appointed the following priests as Senators of their respective districts and members of the Council of Priests in accordance with canon 495, CIC, for a period of three (3) years effective 21 January 2022:
    
    • Pahang Terengganu District: Reverend Father Clement Lim
      Parish Priest of the Church of the Sacred Heart, Bentong.
    • Negeri District: Reverend Father Philip Tay OCD
      Assistant Priest of the Church of the Visitation, Seremban.
    • KL South District: Reverend Father Bonaventure Rayappan
      Assistant Priest of the Church of the Holy Family, Kajang.
    • KL North District: Reverend Father Peter Anthoney
      Parish Administrator of the Chapel of Christ the Light.
    • KL Central District: Reverend Father Gerard Theraviam
      Parish Priest of the Cathedral of St John.
    • Klang District: Reverend Father Richard Anthonysamy SJ
      Parish Administrator of the Church of Ss Peter and Paul, Banting.
    • Northwest District: Reverend Father James Gabriel
      Parish Priest of the Church of St Paul the Hermit, Bestari Jaya.
    • Petaling District: Reverend Father Alan Pereira
      Parish Priest of the Church of the Divine Mercy, Shah Alam.
