• It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Rev Fr Joachim Tan Kah Chye at the age of 77.

   
• The details of the wake at Dewan Hsiong, Church of the Holy Rosary, Jalan Tun Sambanthan, 50470 Kuala Lumpur are as follows:
  - 22 October 2022 (Saturday) from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm
  - 23 October 2022 (Sunday) from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm
  - 24 October 2022 (Monday) from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm
  - 24 October 2022 (Monday) Requiem Mass at 8:00 pm 
  
  
• The Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, 25 October 2022 at 10.30 am at the Church of the Holy Rosary, Kuala Lumpur. Fr Joachim will be laid to rest at the Catholic Cemetery, Jalan Bukit, Kajang.

   
• His Grace Most Reverend Julian Leow, Archbishop of Kuala Lumpur and the clergy of the Archdiocese would like to extend our deepest condolences to the family of the late Fr Joachim Tan in this time of loss and are united with them in fraternal prayer and support.
  
  
• We invite the clergy, religious and faithful to remember Fr Joachim Tan in your Masses and prayers.
  
  
• Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord; and let perpetual light shine upon him. May his soul, and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.
