Administrative Assistant
(Archdiocesan Family Life Commission)

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all administrative affairs of the Archdiocesan Family Life Commission Office ;

  • To ensure the Registration and all Administrative matters pertaining to the Weekend, Tamil and Mandarin CMPC are carried out within the stipulated time-frame and processes.

  • Responsible for communications to clergy, presenting couples and registering(engaged) couples including their queries are dealt with professionally and courtesy.

  • Responsible for the preparation of monthly accounts reports and periodical statements, including but not limited to petty cash and etc. ;

  • To Ensure the balance sheet and cash flow statements are up to date and to be shown to the relevant stakeholders as and when required.

  • Undertake any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned from time to time.

Requirements
  • Must possess at least SPM or its equivalent;

  • Minimum two (2) years relevant working experiences;

  • Background in administration and secretarial work is an advantage;

  • Good knowledge of accounting principles and standards is an added advantage;

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to details ;

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong proficiency in English;

  • Good attitude, meticulous and highly responsible;

  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision;

  • Preferably Catholic Faith

Accounts/Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities
  • Company secretarial and treasury support

  • Banking database maintenance and liaison

  • Budgets-analytical support and coordination

  • Cash flow analysis

  • Undertake any other ad-hoc accounting tasks as assigned from time to time

Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma holder in Accounting or its equivalent;
  • Minimum three (3) years working experience in related fields;
  • Preferred age 3045 years;
  • Computer literate and exposure to accounting software is a MUST;
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, and more importantly a team player;

Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field or its equivalent;
  • Minimum three (3) years working experience in related fields;
  • Preferred age 3045 years;
  • Computer literate - proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, and more importantly a team player;
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision;
