Google Mail, Drive + Calendar
This is basic training on how to use ArchKL Mail that runs on the Google platform, Google Drive, and also Google Calendar. Both Google Drive allows parishes to publish their parish bulletin online while Google Calendar allows parishes to maintain what is shaping up or taking place at the parishes for their catholic community.
This training session is open for Archdiocesan Ministry Coordinators, Parish Social Communication Coordinators, Parish Office Personnels, and/or clergy members.
The participant must have the following information prepared before joining for the training session:
- A current and active @gmail.com or @archkl.org email account for Parish Office personnel;
- Able to operate the computer/notebook/tablet well; and
- A good internet line at a minimum of 30 Mbps.
